Project Overview
KPA is the leading compliance SaaS platform purpose-built for automotive dealerships and auto-adjacent businesses. The Vera Suite covers EHS software, HR management (Vera HR), cybersecurity, Privacy & Safeguards, Advertising, Sales & Finance (F&I) compliance — all backed by a continuously updated federal and state regulation library, role-based training, automated audits, and multi-rooftop analytics dashboards.
As the full-stack developer, I built the complete Vera Suite platform — the web app, mobile app, compliance dashboards, LMS training engine, automated audit workflows, issue & action item tracking, multi-location reporting, implementation tooling, and the full marketing site — deployed on AWS and trusted by 15,000+ customers including Penske, AutoNation, and 40 of the Top 50 US auto dealerships.
Key Challenges
Building five distinct compliance modules — EHS, HR, Cybersecurity, Privacy & Safeguards, and Sales F&I — each with its own regulation library, training workflows, audit checklists, and dashboards, all unified under a single Vera Suite login and role-based access system.
Maintaining a continuously updated library of federal and state regulations translated into actionable guidance — for dozens of US states and multiple compliance domains — that auto-populates each dealership's program requirements without manual admin work.
Delivering real-time compliance visibility across hundreds of rooftops simultaneously — centralizing issue tracking, training completion, audit status, risk scores, and license/permit expiry — with configurable enterprise-level dashboards and exportable reports.
Technical Architecture
KPA's Vera Suite runs on a distributed AWS infrastructure handling compliance data for 15,000+ dealership clients, a live regulatory content pipeline, mobile-offline EHS reporting, and an LMS engine delivering millions of training completions.
What I Built

Enterprise dashboards providing real-time compliance visibility across all rooftop locations simultaneously — centralizing risk scores, trending issues, licenses & permits, training status, and configurable reports across the entire dealer group.
